Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be available, how cancelled or postponed events are handled, and what to expect after a payment is completed.

Last updated: May 22, 2026

1

General rule

Unless an event-specific policy says otherwise, completed ticket purchases are generally final and are not refundable or exchangeable because of schedule conflicts, personal preference, mistaken seat selection, or failure to attend.

Service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, and other charges may be non-refundable unless applicable law or the specific event policy requires otherwise.

2

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, TicketsKu will follow the organizer's refund instructions and applicable law. Refunds, when approved, are normally sent back to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, and organizer confirmation. Your bank may need additional time after TicketsKu or its payment partner initiates the refund.

3

Postponed or rescheduled events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date unless the organizer states otherwise.

Refund availability for postponed or rescheduled events is determined by the organizer, event policy, and applicable law. TicketsKu will communicate available options when they are confirmed.

How to request help

Contact support with your order number, event name, account email, and a short description of the issue. Requests may require verification before any order action can be taken.

Do not file duplicate requests for the same issue unless there is new information. Duplicate requests may slow down review.
