All orders are subject to availability, payment approval, fraud checks, event rules, venue rules, and platform limits. TicketsKu may reject or cancel an order when necessary to protect users, organizers, or the platform.

A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event named on the ticket. It is not a property right and remains subject to event, venue, organizer, and platform rules.

You may not misuse the service, bypass security controls, scrape the platform, interfere with checkout, make fraudulent purchases, use stolen payment methods, duplicate tickets, or resell tickets through unsupported or unlawful channels.

TicketsKu may suspend accounts, cancel orders, remove listings, deny access to features, or take other reasonable action when these terms are violated.

The service may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment processors, event organizers, venues, social platforms, and cloud providers. Their terms and policies may apply to their own services.

TicketsKu is not responsible for third-party content, outages, policies, or actions except where required by applicable law.

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. The updated version will be posted on TicketsKu with a new effective or updated date.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TicketsKu provides the service as available and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
