Ticket Purchase Notice

Read these rules before placing an order. They explain seat selection, payment, delivery, entry, and the practical limits of a completed ticket purchase.

Last updated: May 22, 2026

1

Before you pay

Please review the event name, date, time, venue, seat location, quantity, contact details, and total amount before submitting payment.

Seat availability and pricing can change until an order is submitted and accepted. A seat shown on screen is not guaranteed until the order is created and payment is completed.

2

Payment and ticket delivery

After submitting an order, you may be redirected to Bank of America's secure checkout page to enter card details. TicketsKu does not ask you to enter full card details directly on the TicketsKu checkout page.

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and ticket issuance. Unpaid seats may be released when the hold expires.

Tickets are digital admission credentials. Keep your account, email, and ticket information secure. Do not duplicate, screenshot, alter, or distribute tickets in a way that could cause entry problems.

3

Entry and event rules

Venue, organizer, security, age, bag, camera, late-entry, and health requirements may apply. You are responsible for following the rules posted by the event, venue, and applicable authorities.

Admission may be denied if a ticket appears invalid, duplicated, transferred outside supported channels, or used in violation of event or venue rules.

4

Final sale and support

Completed ticket purchases are generally final unless an applicable cancellation, postponement, event policy, or legal requirement provides otherwise.

If you notice an issue with your order, contact TicketsKu support as soon as possible and include your order information. Support can review the issue but cannot guarantee a change, exchange, or refund.
