Ticket Resale Policy

TicketsKu may support resale for eligible events. This page explains listing limits, pricing rules, fees, delivery, and buyer and seller responsibilities.

Last updated: May 22, 2026

1

Eligibility

Resale is available only when the event, organizer, venue, ticket type, timing, and account status allow it. Some events or tickets may never be eligible for resale.

TicketsKu may disable resale before an event starts, after a deadline set by the event policy, when fraud risk is detected, or when required by the organizer or applicable law.

2

Seller responsibilities

A seller must list only tickets they own and must not list a ticket on unsupported channels after listing it on TicketsKu if that could create duplicate sales or entry disputes.

Listings may be subject to minimum price, maximum price, active-listing limits, lock periods before showtime, platform fees, and verification requirements.

3

Buyer responsibilities

A resale buyer should review the event, seat, price, fees, timing, and any restrictions before purchase. Resale purchases are generally final once completed unless the event policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

After a valid resale purchase, TicketsKu will update the ticket record where supported. Entry remains subject to venue and event rules.

4

Fraud, cancellation, and enforcement

TicketsKu may remove listings, pause payouts, cancel suspicious transactions, restrict accounts, or require additional verification when needed to protect buyers, sellers, organizers, or the platform.

Unsupported transfers, duplicated tickets, chargebacks, abuse, or attempts to bypass platform rules may result in cancellation, denial of entry, account limits, or other remedies available under the Terms of Service.
